Hi can someone with a bit more knowledge then me have a look at this strap and tell me if its gen or rep as its supposed to be gen but the buckle is very light and does not feel like steel more like aluminium Any comments gratefully received thanks

Looks like an Asso 26/22 .
Looking at picture #2, the two horizontal finish stiches at the botton (the ones bellow CPJ? markings) are too far from buckle. Suspicious, at least, I would say... Rep.

sent it back its definitely fake and the guy is selling them as gen , best clue is the Panerai lettering is not straight so unless panerai's QC has gone down hill then its fake and a crap one at that !

rep for sure(inner leather is gloss), also the watch and buckle
