Is this sound normal?

This is the sound my PAM rep makes when the movement winds. It is very noticeable and seems to be coming from the center and not rubbing against the case or caseback. Any ideas on how to quiet it down?

Eeeeh, isn't that the sound from the rotor?

I couldn't really tell if the sound you are hearing is normal or not but if its not then it could be contact between the edge of the oscillating weight and the movement , or possibly one of the 3 screws holding down the oscillating weight may be loose , or there may be play in the bearing ?

Doesn't sound strange, like mentioned, that's the sound of the rotor ... more expensive movements tend to be more quiet.
Maybe a good service will quiet it down
