Hey there. It doesn't look like the swan neck has the correct shape near the incabloc.

Thats the problem. The seller did not tell me. Only info i have was it has a swiss ETA movement and that it is better than a noob v4 . I guess i was too naive.
But could any experts tell what this watch maker is or its quality? Is it as per my title stated ?

I can not comment if it is better or Swiss... what I can say is I have a V3 and it is an incredible watch. Which I paid 1/3 of what you paid for. I hope you did get what you pay for but if you did not don't let it ruin the hobby for you. Take some time to read Ale's PAM guide and learn from our senior members here. Then stick to purchasing from our TDs or trusted M2M sellers and you will never* be disappointed.
Discuss it on the correct thread. No other QC pictures of the PAM111, whatever version, whatever series allowed anywhere in this section except there. Thread locked.
