the seller seems to be trustworthy, they have sold branded watches in the past and are selling branded jewelry, but I really doubt they are watch experts, so if a franken comes their way, I don't think they would know.
Sadly there's no photo of the movement.

And I do agree that the face/dial does look awful, something's not kosher (but I'm no Breitling expert).
A redial, then?

It's probably genuine. The fact that the dial indices don't run completely to the bezel is cause for concern.
