Is this movement a ST17?

Picked this up recently... Mont Blanc replica with small seconds. Non-hacking movement. Sounds like a 21,600 bph movement (measured with my ear, comparing to my other watches).

Thanks! I am still learning about Sea-Gull movements and was wondering is there a difference between the st1701 verses the st1700?

So I think the main difference is that the 1700 is hand wind while the 1701 is auto? Also, does anyone know the hand sizes of a ST1701?
