Is this model fantasy?

I saw this over at silix for $250 and liked the look of it but couldn't find any gens to match.

Anyone know if this is real? If it is, and accurate it would be a perfect match for my 'white dial and bracelet' search.

Most of the one's I have seen also seem to all have date cylops. So I guess this is fantasy then
