Is this hulk gen or rep? 30 bids but the listing just seems off to me and I don't want to see anyone get ripped off.

The pics are not of good quality and someone has even asked the seller the question if this watch is gen or rep and seller completely ignored the question and responded "also accepting buy now offers"
