Is this genuine Panerai?

Hi all,

I am trying to buy a watch from a local classified listing. It is advertised as 1 year old genuine Panerai 177. The guy even sent me photos and serial number. There is no Panerai dealer in my town so I am hoping someone here can advise if it is genuine or a replica. Please help; Thank you!
