i would say gen,but i really dont know the cost and the parts the mechanism will need to run again,could be something relatively cheap or really expensive???

Yes it is an older well used [and a bit abused] Gen. The cost to put it back in good working order could very well be what you paid for the watch. And when you approach a thousand pounds, then you are in [decent Rolex watch working territory.] And a larger 34 or 36 mm one. At 300 pounds, it is a gamble worth taking. At max. ........... Your decision.

My intentions were to buy it, try to fix it, mess it up more then take it to a professional lol
