I'm about to fetch this Rolex GMT Master II 116710BLNR tomorrow. Would you say it is good to go?

A friend of mine raised the question if the case was polished (which the seller denied) and that the AR on the Crystal seems to be missing (seller said everything is fine).
What do you think?
The seller has a good Reputation on Chrono24 and issues a bill as well....
