It looks like a rep to me. The finish on the winding gears doesnt look quite right. The gear train looks ugly... very dull, like they were brushed to get rid of the cheap shiny look of asian gears. And the balance wheel doesnt seem to have the proper finish, but that could also be due to a bad angle and lighting. The bridge engravings also look almost too deep, like the KW version.

Its getting very hard to tell whats "real". I built this one for a friend...

When reps are this good, who needs a gen.

Not easy to see the movement in detail but I agree my gut feel is rep

It is a modified rep

The movement is a modified rep and most likely Noob
Swan Neck spring clearly rep.
No enough definition to see Incabloc and Lyre spring gen or modified
Wheel screws maybe are gen, because they are flat and with nice notch
Obviosuly modified brushed gear train
Dial is rep. No good definition but the corner of 2 cutout is not pointy and tells the rep
The hands are not Noob, maybe DSN (no enough defintion to see if they are gen)

No good angle pics to see the case

Thank you guys for the comments!
If the topic is interesting - tell me please, photo from what angle should I ask from seller to be able to make the firm conclusions?

A closeup from the movement would be enough to say rep or gen. But I think ALE has found already enough flaws to say it's a rep.

Thanks Chris

Yes better pics of the movement with more definition, mainly the Balance wheel zone (enlarged)

More detailed pics of dial, inscriptions, 12 marker, CP and hands

The case is a rep seeing enlarged the inner lug insertion on the back. I will post a comparison pics later

Below you can see the comparison pics of the back of the lugs.

Orange arrows are indicating the differences
The gen brushed cushion shape extends to the back

Therefore the case of Autogot watch is a rep

Just to add,
-millimetric screw on the swan neck is too short.
-OFFICINA PANERAI FIRENZE seems to have lost the gold paint.
-the pallet fork jewel seems to be missing...

It's a very easy way to identify all see through PAM based on ETA Unitas 6497-2 movt. Focus 2 screws on swan neck, Gen's screws are small and central with same spaces on top and bottom sides, Rep's screws aren't central and almost over size without space on bottom side

Rep, looks like one of mine. If I could see the E serial number I would be able to find out who I sold it or modded it to. Looks like a Noob V4, figured this would happen one day.

I was about to say the same thing...
Did he try to pass it off as a gen and sell to other people? Sad....
