is this a v3 maroon bb? not sure about the pearl

hi,
just got the QC. i'm not sure this is a V3, would love it if someone confirms for me.
the pearl looks kinda strange to me, not sure if it's the way it's meant to be.

Hi all,
I'm starting to doubt that V3 actually exists , as far as I could verify non of the major TD (PT, trusty ecc. ) is currently selling a V3, they all offer V2. If someone of you knows who is selling V3 please tell.
Regarding the pearl , I happened to see a gen BB (the blue lunette version) in a shop window and the main difference with the rep pearl is that the Gen one has a very thin (almost incospicuous ) metal rim. So there's still some effort required to reach the super-rep status here , IMHO. Which could be easily done. So factories...go for it !

Yup definitely a v2. I think the blue bb v2 is a better rep

In real life the pearl is so small my V1 pearl never bothered me and doesn´t bother now, well centered is a must. Much more important is the nice, creamy, uniform look of hands and dial markers the V1 had. This V2 would need an overall re-lume and than be a fine watch. In direct comparison me too I think the Blackbay Blue is the better rep available as the silver on dial and hands matches the white.

Besides my SO Abyss42 one of the easiest to wear and nicest ones around for all types of occasion.

Totally agree with Daywatch. The pearl is so miniscule you hardly notice it.

I'm really not a fan of the v2 and v3 pearls. They are much to cylindrical.

Tried on a Gen blue one over the weekend and the pearl looked very close to a V1 pearl.
