Is this a Swiss movemet?

Hi guys, is this movement Swiss?

It says "TWENTY-FIVE 25 JEWELS SWISS MADE" on the movement and the second hand does sweep very smoothly.
If it isn't Swiss, do you know what it is? (sorry for the poor phone pic).
