Is this a Real Panerai on eBay?

it has no box or paper, he even opened the case back which is rare for eBay. The bidding is low too. It seems like a good deal but the movement looks kind of weird to me. Any ideas?

He didn't mention the word "genuine" or "authentic" in the description. Any experts here can verify if this is gen or rep? I would love to learn too.

It's fake. No Y-Incabloc and that's a 6497 movement. No way your getting 8 day power reserve out of that.
