Is this a genuine Rolex GMT-Master II 116710 bezel ?

Someone offered me a complete bezel for a very good price. It makes me suspicious so I would like to know if this is a genuine Rolex bezel.

He also includes the hands but no retainer ring or spring. Price is 400 Euro.
