Is this a Gen Pre Vendome strap or a rep?

I can’t find anything exactly like this online which leads me to believe rep, but there are lots of variations in all aspects of manufacture during that time period for Panerai. At this point I know just enough about vintage Panerai to get myself in trouble. Maybe someone with more expertise can help me out. Thanks
