Is this a gen pam?

My mates flashing this around. I don't know know a lot about pams, so was just wondering if you guys could give your opinion (or fact as it may be) on whether it is gen or not?

Most super reps can't be distinguished from gens on the wrist depending on model.... Perhaps it's the angle on this one but I would say the 12 isn't aligned properly and the lever pin is not flattened and level with cg thus making it a rep.... Quality of strap looks cheap too
