Is this a gen 5513 service dial?

All hail to the 5513 experts. Hello oracles. Had a momentary lapse of judgement and got this dial for a 5513 build. With a healthy dose of buyers remorse, I'm asking

1. Is this a gen dial
2. Is it a service 5513 dial?
3. Are the feet locations for a 1520 or 3xxx calibers? which would also answer my other question, it's not a 5513 dial. Right?

Yes it's genuine Rolex, they made a short run of these dials with the weird coronet, whether or not it was used for replacements at service time I don't know.
