I have not opened a case yet, a shipping label was issued but then it didn't go further. So I'm thinking maybe he's still shipping it and is just late.

It does. Guy has 100% positive reviews and issued the label immediately though so we'll see.

I think ebay is very safe in that way. I don't think there's a way to pay without insurance, if you pay via paypal it's automatically insured. Of course if you get the dial and think it's fake then that might mean a dragged out dispute. Though ebay usually settles with the buyer.
