Is this a fake 93150 clasp?

Two clasps - one a Rolex service clasp c. 2000, the other - is it a repro clasp? The font style is clearly different, the crown is different, and the underside of the clasp is missing the little indentation for the thumbnail that is on the other Rolex clasp.
