Is this a dg3804b, and why does it keep messing the keyless works?

Im working on aging the dial and hands and everytime i pull the stem, the keyless works get messed. Im pulling from time setting position. Ive fixed it 3 times and now its broken again!

Is this movement extremely fragile or am i too rough? The keyless works get messed everytime i pull out the stem. This last time "5th" i managed to break the screw of the keyless plate. Arghhhhhhhhh... I have a couple seiko 7s26s laying around ill see if any screw fits there otherwise i have to buy a new movement. Anyone with similar experiences?

I used to have problems with the keyless back when I started building, but that was because the stem height wasn't aligned properly.

Found a screw from the 7s26... I fixed it and all is good now.. Looking amazing with the baked dial and hands.

Hi I had a similar issue with one. Turned out the selector lever that sits in the groove in the middle of the barrel inside the works wasn't square with each other. Real pita til I figured it out. I think i can do 3408 keyless blindfolded now...

Except for that damn little spring... You know the one...lol...

Thx god the spring didnt jump out of place, i put the spring first thing amd then the lever centered with the clutch, pressed firmly on the lever/yoke and moved the spring with the tweezers to click in place. This movement overall is very flimsy! Its like a joke. All the parts compared to my eta 2824 and 2893 look like kids water toys. Very cheap. Anyways since last fix its working perfect. I just dont pull the crown anymore looolll...
