What watch is this? Is it titanium?? I want it, its nice!!

At this site (http://www.paneristi.com/straps/dirk/index.html) it says PVD, but I don't know a) what that means or b) what model # it is

It's Pam 004.

It's a SS watch with PVD coating over it. PVD refers to a process that puts a black coating over steel I'm not a chemist or anything, so I do not know how it's done, but it sure looks stunning. Check out Davidsen's PVD offerings

yepyep. It's bit different than TI, but yeah, it's matte and black/grey/brown/blue - ish depending on the lighting... that's what I noticed about mine from Davidsen. I do not think Davidsen offers 004 at the moment, but he sells the PVD caseset alone with 004 closed SS caseback. You could buy a 111G (make sure to get the painted dial, not sandwich dial, and "L SWISS L" version) and swap the cases.

Also, check out Pam 009. there are members here with great 009s do the search and you'll see some great examples of PVD rep Pams.
