These square (stock) bridged, non-swan neck movements are Swiss. Most likely a completely undecorated 6497-1 that they glue the foil plates on top of, as babola said. The PAM036 reps, as well as others, had this style of movement. Sometimes you can find these with the Incabloc shock protection, but not always, as seen here. The beveled/polished gears, swan neck regulators and engraved bridges are all Chinese parts added to base Swiss movements, so even "Swiss" movements in those reps aren't 100% Swiss.
