Is this 42mm PO any good?

Hey all, I'm a newbie who's still hunting for my first rep. It's down to a 42mm PO and the Breitling SOSF. Problem is, the 42mm PO is very hard to find .

Anyway, I stumbled across this:

Can you guys please tell me how bad/good this rep is? At this price, I'll just assume that it's a 21j movement, no AR. The date window also looks small to me.
