Is there any Pam rep that's like the PAM233?

It doesn't seem like it...

I basically want a 127 but in 44mm, mini-fiddy. The 233 looks like it does the trick but it isn't repped.

Compare the side profile and domed crystal of the 233 vs the much thicker-cased and thicker-lugged 312.
