OK I LOVE my 111H Fakey special and I really want to just get down to just 3 or 4 loved watches. Here is what I really want but don't know if they make it. Simply an automatic 111 with a date. Really I want a Sandwich dial with date, seconds at 9 and would like an automatic but would settle for a handwind...... any such animal?

The closest to what your describing is the Pam 104, simple black dial like the 111, auto with date. However the dial is painted not sandwich.

I am not a huge fan of the painted dials. No sandwich with date?

You could always get a 104 and add a custom dial if it bothered you that much.
You could either have a thin sandwich dial made where the recessed sub seconds was on the back plate or just etch/engrave the existing dial to mimic the sandwich look with inset lume.

The PAM233 has a sandwich dial w/date, but it's not much like a 111.....
