Is there a Super Avenger in Titanium?

No super Avengers were made in ti, the 44mm Chrono Avenger is probably what you are thinking of.

I notice that some with the Ti braclet have an extra face, did a genuine come out without the extra face on the braclet?

there's a UTC version... with a second time zone....

The Chrono Avenger is available with a quartz UTC in the bracelet.

that is the one but just with a normal braclet not the second face.
