Is there a Panerai Model identical to the 177H but in 47mm? I'm a big guy and need just a little bigger watch!!

Nope. Although you can get brushed SS 47mms. Davidsen also offers a "Ti" PVD coating that looks more like Ti than normal brushed SS, so that's an option as well.
