I think right now with all these shutdowns of factories just make sure it's available before paying.

Otherwise there are plenty of TD (Trusted Dealers) on this forum to buy from.

The most recent "Noob" factory edition appears to be the most revered on the forums and if I'm not mistaken runs in the $380-$400 range shipped.
