If I was selling a wacth that rare for that much I would not have a 6 year old take photos of it with a toy camera.

You would think for 75,000 that they could at least get some good photos.

I Would say questionable at best!

Enzo's franken watch vintage projects look better.

He has a boatload of high end watches, but only has feedback from selling $100 motorcycle parts. Kinda sketchy for me. If he hits one of these he can skip out before anyone even knew where to look for him.

...hmmmmm...?

Questionable at best. Avoid at all costs! It would be at Sotheby's not ebay's auction.

Bingo! I'd go to someone like Christies -> their catalogue.

The seller has 18 watches priced from the lowest of $2,100 up to the highest at $203,000.

No prior watch sales and no other watch activity on ebay. Further more the seller only has 7 postive feedback from buyers and they all are from this year, but he has been an ebay member since 2004.

STAY AWAY !!!! ITS A SCAM!!

Look at the this 50th ann. Sub he has listed.............

THE images are a REAL watch, look like they have been done on a flatbed scanner, which is a very cheap way to sell and 80K watch ... even if it isn't a scam, who'd trust this kind of seller?

"Yeah, I tossed your watch in the mail, you should get it soon ... I guess "

So, enzo, looks like a scam :?:

Not the first time he has listed this. It was on a few weeks ago then was withdrawn before the listing ended - I assumed he'd sold it privately - obviously not. It is certainly an Angelus and he is Italian!! I doubt for one moment that it's fake - just not very good with his listings.

@Enzo - nice one for "stealing" that A-240 in Germany the other day from under me, I hear you now want 5 x as much for it!!!

I'm Italian, too - and mine is fake. What does that have to do with it? Maybe that was tongue-in-cheek, though...right?

Earlier I accussed OP of rewriting history, well I guess anyone can spread a rumor and make it into gospel.

Just what I was told is all. I was a bit pissed at losing it to you especially as you seem to have all the 240's ever made!!

Who would buy such A priceless piece of rare Watch history, On account of out-off focus pictures!?
Any serious bidder would demand better Photograps from angles he demanded with A recent news paper Frontpage as backgrounb, At least!

If anyone wan't to get rid off his Fortune..... I can't Delliver A better Replica, Cuase It certainly looks like A genuine, Not sure where he got the scans from, But A rare distinctive watch like this with A aged brown Dial must surely be known by The Vintage Collectors.
