Is it possible to "overwind" the VS3235?

I'm aware that automatic watches generally can't be over-wound, but is there any risk to rep movements like the VS3235?

You can't overwind an automatic movement, but don't underestimate the torque you are able to put on very delicate mechanical parts while manually winding.

Therefore I would advise to treat her like a lady. Always be gentle and ...yeah don't move too fast.
