Buy any N/h factory manual wind PAM with clear case back (such as 111), swap it out and your problem is solved. You can also pick one fro member sales, they do pop up at some $30 a piece. One consideration is what movement you have in your 390 as it will most likely be clearly visible Chinese but i take it you don't think much of accuracy so go for it.

personally I would opt for a homage/sterile caseback as the 111/112 etc caseback will have those numbers and serial engraved on it so take that in to consideration too

Getat(not TD) is selling a full case set for USD 35 + shipping that comes with a see through caseback. To open the caseback go to ebay and get yourself a sticky ball, never fail for me to open a pam caseback.

Still i don't think it is wise to do so as Pam with close caseback is one of the plus point to make it one of the best rep OOTB, to change the close caseback to open is just like modding your well made rep to become canal street standard IMO, no offence intended.
