Hard to tell with those pics, but I would say it's rep.
The CP does not look completely ok and the crown looks fat.
I'm not sure though

I was about to say it's definitely a Noob, and add a rep (non branded) Assolutamente which ususally screams rep, plus "PRNC", which is the chosen buckle engraving for the Noob 111N V3 (these last two tells aren't definite), HOWEVER, the crown looks gen and it's not your typical thick Noob!
