Okay, so I have a few watches that I rotate regularly.

As the watch run out of power reserve I need to change the time and date every time I'm going to wear it.

My 312 for example, I need to adjust the time 3-4x a week. Some of my watches are stubborn and using a winder won't do much.

In the long term, is it bad for the watch if keep readjusting the time?

Thx for the help guys.

*as a side note, my 312 have only 12 hours of power reserve. I don't know why.

George speaks the truth.

Just follow the rules for certain movements (ie. 7750s especially)

Shouldn't cause problems.

To be overly clear, no, there is no problem to adjust the time on a watch that you just wore from storage. There is a problem though, if you keep on adjusting the time on a watch that you've been wearing all the time.

As for the PR on the 312, you might want to get that watch looked at. It might need service.

what watches are stubborn?? i have all of my watches on a winder, Clockwise rotation, 1080turns per day, never have a problem with them. unless you have a bunch of smoked movements, the winders should be fine.
