Is it a genuine 16610lv insert?

Hi all mates,

Recently I purchased a Gen 16610LV insert by italian seller. He sell it some genuine Rolex parts on ebay. Today, I received it. But I think it's not genuine!! I request for seller but he argues "I'm seller of Rolex parts ORIGINAL"

Anyway..
Point 1. There are some marks on the back of glue.
Point 2. It's too small pearl on the back. I never see that. I think the genuine pearl is little big.
Point 3. The seller told me that it's produced in 2003. But, it has pointed '4'

The left one, TC LV insert V2
The right one, I don't know it's genuine

I need mates help.

doesn't look gen to me.. The pearl doesn't look right and is too small.

there is a Italian guy who sells fake rolex parts for very high prices..
