Illogical and chronologically inconsistent tracking information is common in roughly 5 to 10 percent of domestic shipments.
In international shipments, if they involve customs processing, those percentages easily can go up to anywhere from 30 to 50 (or even more).
I wouldn't worry about anything unless your shipment hasn't moved at all in more than 45 days.
I've had totally hanebuechene (that's pretend-Yiddish for "batshit insane") status alerts in TD shipment trackings, which totally convinced me the parcel had to have been seized by customs, only for it to arrive a few days later as if nothing ever happened (which, as it turned out, indeed did not).
