Maybe the second Arrived At Customs is the sorting centre before it moves onto the USPS for delivery. Since it was the weekend the package might update tonight or early tomorrow.

Don't overread the whole thing, chances are the first "clearance" means they have cleared the clearance document which arrives electronically. The second one is the parcel that arrived physically at customs. Nothing really falls off the cliff.

Illogical and chronologically inconsistent tracking information is common in roughly 5 to 10 percent of domestic shipments.

In international shipments, if they involve customs processing, those percentages easily can go up to anywhere from 30 to 50 (or even more).

I wouldn't worry about anything unless your shipment hasn't moved at all in more than 45 days.

I've had totally hanebuechene (that's pretend-Yiddish for "batshit insane") status alerts in TD shipment trackings, which totally convinced me the parcel had to have been seized by customs, only for it to arrive a few days later as if nothing ever happened (which, as it turned out, indeed did not).

There is nothing to worry about at the moment.
I guess it should clear pretty soon.
Unless you have an update shown like "Exception Occured" then maybe you should be concerned.
