On a serious note, people may not like some of the drama sometimes and don’t like the boat getting rocked..but what should bother members most is when the boat does not get rocked... when things are not shaken up.

The Status Quo expires after a certain period, it is after that expiration when people get goofy, greedy, sneaky, etc.. and it is too easy to just allow the status quo to remain the same, because rocking the boat takes effort and coordination.
You will receive criticism and people will feel unsettled, but in the end, isn’t a rocking method used when separating the wheat from the stalk?
Bountiful harvests are not created over night and all good things take time.
