I order this AP from intime watch ( trusted rep dealer)
Ask first availibility of this item to Ryan who told me thé watch was in stock . ...

QC came 7 days After ...ohhhh Big surprise not the watch i order and when i reply they told me that it was a problem of light 😂😂😂

Hello everybody i order an AP from intime QC arrives 7 days After and surprise ! QC IS not the order i watch ... I refuse it ! They answer that it was thé light 😂😂😂 doing that look AT my order on 1st pics

The problem IS that APSF Factory seems tondo not have my watch ...intime instead of refund me prefer to sent a wrong watch . I call that a crook way to do business ...

Hope Ryan will read this post !!!!! I m really really sad of this issue . I will Never , Never buy again a watch from them !! NEVER

To be honest, this is actually one of the few complaints lately that has had some merit.

If you ordered one with white/silver sub-dials but received QC for one with blue, you have the right to react.

That being said, isn’t your reaction a bit excessive? Ryan is a reasonable guy, and if you've declined the QC, he'll probably send you new ones until you're satisfied.

Yeah I don't really see why we should jump all over the OP for pointing out the QC is CLEARLY a different rep, and the intime staffer is a bit negligent to try to fob the OP off with a "Nah, it's not dead - it's resting" response.

Agreed, shouting "Beware of intime!!1!!!" probably isn't the best way to win friends and influence people. And the OP would be better off simply rejecting the QC and requesting a correct replacement, an alternative watch, or a refund (although I know the TDs are normally pretty reluctant to go with the latter option).

Intime are a well established, first class TD - if there is an issue they will resolve it without you screaming!

THe way of they made it make me hungry . But anyway perhaps if it s happen to you just let me know how do you react . It s intérest me .

I am a human being with a working brain. I would communicate with the person on the other end and explain the issue. It would be easily resolved and I'd move on with my life. This has happened to most of us. Yet we don't feel a need to make multiple useless threads about it.

I always admire average folks who order a replica of a super rare $100,000+ watch that few of us who have to work for a living could ever pull off. Since few of these watches sell, few are being manufactured. So finding one that is 100% the colorway as desired must be a huge challenge for any TD.

I am so shocked to hear this. just today I received My 1st watch and it just so happens it was through Ryan. Got the Omega Snoopy. Beautiful as well as the cust service. Literally held my hand and answered each and every email. No complaints other than its a long process but that's not his fault.

Not with intime, but this can happen, it's normal. My most recent shenanigans was when I asked my dealer for a black dial 126500 and they sent me QC of 116500 black dial lol. It happens.

I think the real issue is they tried to pass it off like nothing was wrong lol. So it's a valid complaint.

Just ask the TD to switch it out because it's not silver dial, it's black subdial.

Also, from my opinion, just to tell you, you should probably do this review AFTER you have resolved this issue with InTime. Blasting dealer on public while they have not shipped your watch out yet is not the best way to get this issue resolved.

Why raiding Ryan when his QC stuff answered you?
Patience and being polite is virtue. Being dick is just common behavior of well rather not say.
Only thing you should do is to address that to Ryan and everything will be set smoothly.
Ryan is great guy and there is no need to raid him like this even before thing is solved.
I would be ashamed on your place but when i think of what i said if you have shame you wouldn't post this on first place.
