Interesting IWC Portofino on ebay - scam?

Hi i just saw an IWC Portofino on ebay, it looks a bit funny....

Third one is from here: Time Realm Portofino Automatic Edition “150 Years” 40mm IW356518 Blue Dial VKZ3 | Shopee Thailand
Seller is registered on ebay since the 16..02.2022...
What is normal procedure here?

And he/she already has 51 bids on the watch - which probably does not exist at all. Even paying with PayPal does not help the buyer, they get a false tracking number or simply send a brick... I was scammed once on ebay in the US, the seller provided somehow a tracking number to the same ZIP code and PayPal did not give my money back because of the "delivered" status of the tracking number. Lesson learned - I hope.

Seller has zero feedback which is not a good sign. Does anybody know if EBay only allows one EBay user name per IP address to sell an item or can you use multiple EBay user names for the same IP address to sell something.

Ip-address is not really relevant - using any VPN-service gives you the possibility of using hundreds of different ip-addresses in over 150 countries. Plus if it would be so - your daughter or son (or wife) could not have a different ebay-name.... They might check phone numbers and postal addresses.

It seems that reporting did not change a lot, at the end 63 bids from 18 bidder, Item sold for EUR 2009 .... I will follow it, to see if there will be a feedback or not.
