Insert 16710 by brbant94

I bought an insert for 16710 from brbant94 last week. I paid for it on November 10th with PayPal even asking to pay the difference for a fast shipment ... Friday he couldn’t ship and told me that he would have sent the following Monday to avoid the weekend .. on Monday he tells me every time he is going to send and then says that he sends the next day…this for all the days of or to date…now I haven’t received my piece and he no longer replies to messages…I ask the admins to ban him from the forum as he is certainly not very reliable to say the least
