Input on QC for VSF 441

Hey guys, This will be my first order from a TD. I went with SEAD from Supermirrors based on his great reputation for a VSF 441. The pics are at the following link. Please provide any input as I definitely don't have the eye that you guys do in terms of QC. Thank you!
