hello, I feel like I got off to a bad start among you, I'm sorry. I need your skills, because I am looking for a Gmt master 2 spirit. there are several suppliers, several factories. How do I know what is right for my budget? I find ARF models, and C+F, equipped with the SH3285 movement, or the VR3285. But is there a big difference? what is the most reliable model, and most similar to the Rolex movement? which TD offers my ideal research? Or should I be vigilant in my search? thank you in advance to all of you

I don't have any direct knowledge of the Sprite myself, but in general Clean and ARF are considered the best for GMTs atm. Clean uses the DD3285 and ARF uses the VR3285. Both are considered good movements, but DD still has a slight advantage.

You can read a bit about the different movements here:

And take a look at what Clean has to offer here:

Thanks for sharing the links! Upon looking at the second link, the comparison of gen vs Clean on the first picture, I noticed that the rehaut engraving on the right hand side (between 12 and 6 o’clock) is like the gen: the minute marks are in the middle of each R.
But starting from 6 o’clock to 12 o’clock the minute marks are more at the left hand side of each R than in the middle of each R, like it is on the right side.

Taken into consideration that the post is more than a year old- did the factory improve on that (even rather minor) aspect?
Apart from that, they did very good work imho

The rehaut is hit and miss, sometimes perfect, sometimes not. IMO, an overly discussed detail that you barely even notice.

You should primarly know that its a) a hit or miss on that rehaut alignment-fetish thing and b) also be informed that on genuine watches the alignement is also not perfect everytime. i have a few gens, 1/3 arent perfect aligned.
and they come from AD directly. If I was you pick CLEAN.
But hey, read this first:

Exactly this /\ /\ /\

Over my millenial years I've had 6 gen Rolex and 2 of those the rehauts and other alignments were off ;)

Rolex actually did one batch of watches, think it was an Explorer I, (might have been an Airking), which actually got sold retail with two number 9's on the dial, the errant one being a 9 where the 3 should be.

They are worth money these days ;)

is that your watch. @Dave2302 take a look at the above post by KJ

Nah, not mine mine has a 3 @3 ;)

I am, 100%, at some time when I'm not too busy, gonna get another Air King along with a spare dial and swap it's 3 for a 9 though, if just one person spots it it'll be worth the bit of coin just to tell the story, watch them google it on their phone in the boozer or wherever and see the look on their faces when they think I've actually got one of the mysterious rogues 🤣
