Info Shipment

Hello to all forum, I would like to ask information regarding my shipment. I bought three vintage watches from Marvel, it was shipped on May 15th with DHL packet, and until today the tracking is non-existent. Usually the tracking has always been updated 5 days after shipping (therefore once it arrived in Germany) but this time after 3 weeks still no trace. I contacted DHL directly and was told that no parcel was entrusted to them, which seems too strange to me. I'm not a compulsive about shipments, I'm waiting for what is there to wait, I would just like to ask if you too have had this delay with this type of shipment. Thank you all.

No update after more than 14 days is, let's just say generally speaking, not how it "usually" goes.

But it's not completely unheard of. And especially not unheard of in this f'ed up post-pandemic environment. I think there's just a delay that will resolve itself after a few more days... I would only start to worry after 1 or 1.5 months of no movement. But even then it could still be just a massive delay. Just be patient. It'll move soon. You'll see.

I have just received the information that one of my packages has arrived in Germany and a package halfway to Germany. So, everything is fine (now I just have to go through customs)

The first package got through and should be with me tomorrow (or Friday at the latest, since Thursday is a public holiday in Germany.
