Incredible Service from Toro Bravo - lightening responses and super-slick delivery time!
I'm a regular at using rep dealers for other designer items elsewhere but this was my first time using Toro Bravo and the service and speed was breathtaking and exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was just fantastic.
I ordered a Hulk Submariner Noob V8 and a Lady Datejust Diamond. My first contact with Toro was by email on the 14th November and his responses were instantaneous. I am in the UK and had the watches in my hand six days later.
Here's the time frame for anyone interested:
14/11/18 First email contact with Toro to check stock/availibility. Toro's replies were instant, within minutes sometimes seconds!
14/11/18 Payment made to Toro.
14/11/18 QC photos of Sub V8 received from Toro and approved by me.
15/11/18 QC photos of Lady Datejust received from Toro and approved by me.
16/11/18 Funds collected by Toro.
17/11/18 Watches dispatched by Toro and parcel tracking ref received.
19/11/18 Watches arrive in the UK.
20/11/18 Watches delivered at 9.30am.
Toro was in regular, prompt contact throughout. Please note that if you're a new customer they will not accept PayPal. I used Western Union which got me a generous 10% discount from Toro.
So, on the basis of all that, and in comparison to some other rep dealers I use for other goods, Toro Bravo has proved to be pretty exceptional, reliable and speedy on the customer service front. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better.

I've attached photos of both models. Forgive the quality of the camerawork, it's dark here in the UK and things are tricky in artificial light to capture accurately, but I can assure you that both watches look fantastic in the flesh. Both are working perfectly so far. Smooth winders on both and super smooth rotating bezel on the SUB. The bracelets are heavy and smooth and the SS is very shiny - there are no rough or sharp edges anywhere. Second hands are slick and smooth and the links are all symmetrical with no obvious gaps etc. It's all good. Marks or imperfections on the steel work on these photos are down to my lighting angles and fingerprints etc as I've scrutinised the photos and the watches look better than depicted here.
This is my first review on here so I don't know what else you guys would like to see or know. If I've made any glaring omissions then just ask!
Massive thanks to Toro Bravo, and if their service and products are this good I'm likely to bankrupt myself if I don't exercise future restraint
