The more similar is the PAM 233 but there are not very good quality replicas either

The PAM 233 is very similar to PAM 320 but has included an indicator AM/PM in the seconds @9 sub-dial and a Power Reserve indicator @6.
There is a version in Rose Gold and Brown dial: the PAM 289
The PAM 233 is a Limited Edition Regular production introduced in year 2006 I-series, which means that a limited number of watches is produced every year.
PAM 233 is the first Paneari watch fitted with an in-house “Manifattura†movement, the hand-wound mechanical calibre P.2002/1.The movement has an eight days power reserve.
The PAM 233 certainly has design elements that clearly show that the PAM127 Fiddy was a source of inspiration. Most importantly the cushion shaped case and the domed crystal. Panerai included a few interesting complications in their new movement, a horizontal power reserve indicator (knows as "the fang"), a second time zone (GMT) including an AM/PM dot inside the sub seconds dial, a date and a seconds reset function that allows you to accurately set the time.
It is fitted with a sapphire Display caseback and Black Sandwich dial. The Panerai PAM233 is one of the most versatile Panerai watches.
The silver GMT second time zone hand rotates once every 12 hours. The fact that the second time zone hands moves along with the hour hand makes it very easy and natural to tell the time in the other time zone. This GMT function is much better than the 24 hour GMT function of for instance the PAM 088. It's also nice that you can hide the second time zone hand behind the hour hand when you don't need it, which again results in a much cleaner looking dial.
The gen PAM 233 has a special Panerai “Manifattura†movement P.2002/1, therefore, for the rep it is impossible to be close to the gen with a display caseback. Please bear in mind if you are looking for a big accuracy.
There are cheap replicas fitted with A23J movement and relative good quality with working Power Reserve indicator.
