a member (3chibis) asked me I I would mind posting a few pics of my dsn fiddy, so I thought I might as well take a round of new pics with the latest upgrades....
yes, I too am amazed how bad my pics are
here goes:
I flattned and polished the CG pin and sanded the actual CG.
the CG was so uneven that I couldn't get a smooth even satin look on the whole surface.
the pin was sitting in a "concave" that wouldn't get sanded as the rest of the cg. looks much better now, but the engravings on the cg are perhaps not deep enpough now??
got the blue AR off....needs new AR, but no AR is much better than rep AR imo.
changed the hands for a new set from dsn. the old ones were kindda bowl shaped, on the round part of the minute hand, around the canon pin.
also polished the hands to a less glossy look...more glossy than satin, but less glossy than outta box.
the outta box had a milled out texture, showing in the mirror like surface.
a few profile shots, and mvt shots....btw the mvt winds a hundred timed more smooth than my asian one in my pam 292!!
thanks for looking..
