I say important because not everyone will have a history with Hont to thoroughly evaluate his services. I have now purchased over 30 reps from Hont. I also purchased over 60 reps from other trusted dealers. To me Hont is best.
Quick take aways:
-Hont is not the cheapest but in my opinion one of the most competitive priced td out there. You won’t get burned.
-I’ve used cheaper dealers and I don’t seem to get the same high quality reps. It might be his relationship with factories or maybe his own standards but I have never been upset with a watch I have qc. Other dealers are fine but sometimes if not very careful I have gotten older versions or the watches are a little off like bezel click.
-his turn around times are fast and consistent. I qc then they ship within 24-48 hours. Some other dealers I have waited nearly a week after qc to ship.
-the price simple and includes shipping. Not take money off then more for wise/bitcoin then add for shipping.
Finally my recent experience I must share. I purchased a Pam over a year ago and have worn over a dozen times. It stopped working. I messaged him to ask if there was anything he could do. He said to ship it to him and he would fix. I sent it to him. A couple weeks later I followed up but lost my tracking information. He seemed worried to be able to locate but two weeks later he found, fixed, and shipped back no charge! I’m not sure if it was due to being a good customer but I didn’t expect him to do that on a rep that was purchased over a year ago!! Over and beyond Hont! Thanks!!
