Hello to anyone reading, future buyer of Immortal, staff, or the man himself. Let me start with the fact that I unfortunately didn't take any unboxing photos but I have the pics of his packaging. Absolutely 10/10.
Timeline of the deal:
9/26/23 - contact by me made (it was late at night I'm sure or very early morning)
9/27 - return contact , says another buyer in front of me is having issues with his address and I'm next available if it goes south, I agree.
Same day - sends payment info along with the fact the watch is mine if I'm ready to buy , order placed and shipping info sent.
9/28 - Photos of packaged box sent, bombproof. Double boxed. He was sneaky with the link photo, as underneath it is a new steel chain and Jesus piece. Just a total above and beyond measure by him. I would not expect this ever again, did I mention I got stickers too? 12/10 +1 for each extra item. Everything exactly as described.
Same day - we forgot I needed to include phone number and I was sleeping when he made contact so 8 hours later I send him my number telling him it's okay to ship tomorrow, what does this guy do? He ships it that fucking night. Absolutely unbelievable. I was shocked to say the least when sent post office receipts hit my inbox at almost 8PM (in his time). This guy does not break his fuckin word, even if you fucked up. I would also never expect this again. 11/10 +1 for the hustle and respect of your customer. Oh yeah, this was all on his kids birthday weekend. Fuck it 12/10. +1 for that too.
Fast forward to today, 10/05 USPS hand delivered this parcel to me and I signed for it. Not something I've ever had happen and certainly didn't expect. I suspect that he insured the package also. The shipping was pricey but fair, he even covered 5$ so it was an even 600$ (minus PayPal fees) to him. Basically I paid 30$ for shipping. That's pretty fucking good considering that TD charge that or close to and it isn't hand fucking delivered.
Watch is just stunning, I respect the fact he was honest about purchasing from NON TD so he got a good deal and passed it onto me. I have never been so thankful to someone for a watch that I paid for, I hope you bounce back soon from Saturday incident bro): you deserve so much better than what happened. You will get some good karma and good prayers from me!
