I'm Looking for a Pam 251

Hello,

I am interested in hearing from any owners of the Pam 251. Are you happy with the rep? How close is it to compared to the gen? Did you buy it through a trusted dealer?

I am trying to purchase a white dial Pam (original production). I am open to suggestions.

Nice choice.

The PAM251 rep comes in 2 versions.

One with the ETA 7753 same movt per gen and the other with A7750.

If you have a deep pocket, the ETA7753 version is way better as there is no recessed date wheel issue. However, still the date font is incorrect but you can order a 7753 DW from leo if it is an eyesore for you. Be prepared to pay USD800 or more for this version.

The A7750 version is much cheaper. Going about USD300. But the recessed datewheel is very obvious on white dial PAM. You can also get the DW from Leo for this version but still the recessed date problem will will there.

When you buy the date wheel from Leo. Make sure to tell him that you want the datewheel between 4 to 5 o'clock position.
