sigh.. if only i can carry 20 watches w/o any airport customs trouble..was caught earlier this yr when i entered australia but was let off cause they were nt that knowledgeable abt reps. entering singapore will be a different story. :S

It's just a watch? That's probably not any good either....

Someone else will enjoy it as much (or more, since he probably couldn't do the mods himself), or more as you... and now you can start another project? Does that help? Should I shut up and start my day???

haha..thanks for the consolation. i'll go with reason #3. i guess it's just my obsessive trait that has kept me from selling those pieces i don't wear..i get a kick each time i look at em, by the boxfuls...

i'm nt sure how many exactly can i bring w/o raising any suspicions..i have 5 gens and 2 gen seikos..i'm thinking maybe 2 or 3 super-reps/frankens in the mix will do..

anyone w any ideas?

i hope nt, but i wldn't wanna risk it. they can easily confiscate all of em till i produce receipts/proof of authenticity. singapore's a watch hub, most pple wld know abt panerai, breitling, omega, etc etc.

Just that I had hassle leaving with 3 reps,not arriving, but leaving:shock:

It's true they are not that knowledgeable, When I asked them where it states I need to carry my receipts for all my jewellery.camera equipment & laptop they couldn't!

However, that's when they told me to put my laptop and €1.5K lens into my checked luggage ( I didn't).

Oh Adelaide International Airport, I miss you so
